Sit as long as you like, deepen your practice, and enjoy talks by wonderful teachers who aim to inspire & support everyone's practice.
The approach is gentleness. There will be sitting and walking meditation, yoga, movement sessions, tea and meal breaks throughout the event. We will also have a dark nap room set up for anyone that needs it.
And... the archival vault opens after midnight, so, for you night owls, we will watch footage of some of the first Buddhist and Shambhala teachings ever offered in the West!
Whether you’re new to meditation or an advanced practitioner, join us for 1 hour or all 24!
