Courtney draws from years of experience varying from front line supervision to vice president in both HR and operations to bring employment concepts to life for business owners.

Courtney is a certified SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources, and has been nominated as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Denver Business Journal. She was appointed to the Colorado Small Business Advisory Board by Governor Hickenlooper in 2012 and sits on a Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Board. Courtney is highly involved with The Chamber's of Commerce in both Denver and Broomfield, receiving the Chamber Champion in Denver and acting as Chair for the Leads Leader program in 2011-2012. She has been published and quoted as a leading HR thinker in various magazines.
