Blackbird and the Storm

Blackbird and the Storm have teamed up with the local Audubon Society to create a special musical tour celebrating birdsong! The melodies, rhythms and folklore of birdsong serve as the source of songwriting inspiration for this unique musical project. Field recordings of birdsong and other natural sounds loop throughout the music to create a truly original soundscape. To celebrate the Audubon tour, Blackbird and the Storm (Marie-Juliette Bird, Todd Ayers, Eben Grace, Raoul Rossiter and Greta Parks) will also curate a collection of songs about birds, written by various artists.
