About Anne Burtchaell: Anne brings more than 20 years' experience in accounting and finance functions in both manufacturing and healthcare-related service industries to her role as Mountain Division President for Blood Systems, Inc. following 10 years of service to Bonfils Blood Center as both COO and CFO.
About Dan Richmond: Dan, blood recipient, 121 units. Driving to pick up his pregnant wife to attend her sister's rehearsal dinner, Dan was hit head-on in a collision that left him in medically-induced coma. He received 121 units of blood and, although he missed his wedding anniversary, he was able to witness the birth of his son and has many more milestones to look forward to with his family. "I owe a debt of gratitude that can never be fully repaid."
About Joanie Kindblade: Joanie, blood recipient, 4 units. Joanie is grateful and alive because of blood donors. After enduring a painful gatrointestinal (GI) tear, she received four units of blood. "It's no exaggeration that donated blood saved my life. I'm indebted to the donors I will never know who gave me a lifesaving gift."
