Event Description:
Join Bolder Young Professionals for a holiday volunteer project and spend an afternoon helping Share-A-Gift, an annual holiday project that provides toys, bikes, and books for over 2,000 children of low income families in the Boulder Valley School District for nearly 40 years. After volunteering we’ll head over to Finkle & Garf Brewing Co. for a bit of holiday cheer!
Share-A-Gift’s mission is to involve the entire community through volunteerism, sharing, recycling & donations from the youngest of children to the most elderly of our vital area. Share-a-Gift collects and distributes gently used and new toys, books & bikes to families in need at the Holiday Season. It takes about 800 volunteers and countless sponsors and partnerships to be successful every year. Each year approximately 2,000 girls and boys, birth to age 14, receive these community donations.
