Jessica Hartung is on a mission to grow more ethical and self-aware leaders at work. An accomplished leadership strategist, advisor and author, Jessica has coached hundreds of professionals with her practical daily strategies to integrate who they are, personally and spiritually, with what they do professionally.

Jessica is the founder of Integrated Work, a leadership development firm established in 1998 that elevates work experiences into the training ground for innovative work practices using a unique “real-time leadership development” approach. With her team, Jessica has led hundreds of retreats, strategy planning sessions, and powerful learning events for purpose-driven management teams, boards of directors, and C-suite executives. She also volunteers her expertise to local community organizations such as University of Pittsburgh’s Hesselbein Global Academy for Student Leadership.
