Ballot Measure 301, The Humane Clothing Act, was the most closely contested of all the ballot measures, passing by less than one percentage point. There is concern that the confusing language in Ballot Measure 301 will unintentionally ensnare businesses that trade in certain animal products. To seek clarification and avoid unnecessary impacts, the Boulder Chamber is hosting a special Zoom meeting to discuss what passage of ballot measure 301 means for your business.
