Event Description:
WHAT: A fundraising dinner to support the Boulder Collegians, a non-profit summer college baseball team that competes in the Mile High Collegiate Baseball League. The Collegians are a proud member of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce and play their home games at Scott Carpenter Field in Boulder.
 
WHERE: At BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, on the northeast corner of 28th and Canyon in Boulder.
 
WHEN: Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
 
WHO: Former major league pitcher Jason Hirsh, who pitched for the Houston Astros and Colorado Rockies, will be Master of Ceremonies.
 
FOOD: A buffet style dinner, including salad and featuring grilled chicken alfredo, meatballs and spaghetti and four different kinds of pizza. Cash bar.
 
COST: Tickets are $100 per person. Proceeds go to support the team operations in 2023. Checks can be mailed to:

Reasoning:  You're going to spend $30 to $40 on dinner out, anyway, why not support a Boulder institution?
 
Give all players the opportunity to receive baseball instruction from high-quality coaches, improve skills, grow as young men, and return to their programs in better condition than they arrived.
