Xavier Foley, contrabass, and Eunice Kim, violin, join the Boulder Phil in a brilliant performance of Bottesini’s Gran Duo Concertante. Concert highlights include Foley’s own composition, For Justice and Peace, and the Colorado premiere of Jennifer Higdon’s Cold Mountain. The concert concludes with Dvorák’s 8th Symphony, an homage to his Bohemian homeland.
