This workshop acknowledges that while many entrepreneurs ARE their company's sales force, they’re actually “accidental salespeople” that find themselves in an important selling role where they must balance their area of professional expertise with their new customer generation goals.
Even if the business owner has a small sales team, the owner is the one person in the company that lives and breathes new customer generation….but not at any cost…new business developed AT higher margins that are PROFITABLE.
