Craig Eicher and Matt Moseley will provide an update on the Colorado Clean Energy Plan that gets all of Colorado--not just Boulder--to 55% renewable energy by 2026 and also provide an update on the Public Utilities Commission ruling about the City of Boulder's separation plan.
