Impact: Moving from Default to Action - How to turn Complaints and Frustrations into Action.

What you will get:
An interactive experience with unexpected exercises that deliver experiential learning for real life application.

  • Strategies for listening and communicating during times of uncertainty and overwhelm.
  • Techniques to have difficult conversations. That leave people feeling heard and ready to take action.
  • A renewed Vision of the future and an Impact Plan to turn it into a reality.

The world has been beyond uncertain lately and there isn’t anyone that has not been impacted by the many crises that seem to keep coming. The natural default reactions to these events are: AVOIDING, BLAMING and COMPLAINING which only keeps us stuck, creating chaos and challenges. It is time that we embrace our current situation, get curious about the complaints, and see what action we can take. We all want to rebuild and reemerge but first we must remember what we are committed to and what actions we are willing to take.

How we think and talk about the past events and the future can shift the uncertainty into action if done with intention. The way we lead ourselves in difficult times defines our strengths, brings out our weaknesses and influences our words and actions which will in turn inspire others into action too.

This workshop engages participants in seeing themselves as leaders, no matter the job title or role. We will learn to use our challenges and strengths as a leadership advantage so we can take action around the things we care about.

Who is this for?
Individuals and Teams who want:

  • To Influence others through effective listening and communication.
  • New ways to inspire engagement and participation on their teams and with their customers.
  • New approaches to create personal accountability and responsibility.
  • To make a positive impact on the company and world around them through their actions.

We will experience ourselves as leaders and creators while we share knowledge and lived experiences to create what our future looks like. We will explore diverse ideas, challenge assumptions, and get creative to create what we want next. You will leave this session inspired and motivated with practical tools and an impact plan that will also inspire others into action.

In Corinne’s presentation you will learn strategies to adapt your thoughts and actions on a moment’s notice, to stay focused on your mission, power through unexpected challenges during difficult conversations and turn any complaint into action. You will have a new relationship with complaints and be able to move yourself and others into action faster and with authentic.
