What is empowerment, and how does it influence us personally and professionally? How can you leverage engagement and connectivity to become powerful influencers?
In the first part of this presentation, Elizabeth Treister and Merix Gustin will lead you in exploring individual empowerment. They will also discuss how you can collectively empower a team to improve productivity and accountability, increase satisfaction for your customers and employees, and embrace change. You'll leave with an action plan to take steps towards a goal you're working towards, and tricks to hold yourself accountable.
In the second portion of this presentation, Alexia parks will dive deeper through "Accelerating Empowerment", which offers the next generation of leaders rapid learning techniques for expressing their full potential.
