8:40-9:30 – Networking
About the Collaboration:
Many businesses and people in Boulder think of our non-profit organizations in terms of charitable donations and volunteer opportunities. However, a recent study by the University's Leeds School of Business documents that not-for-profit organizations in Boulder are a major contributor to the local economy, providing employment to thousands, purchasing hundreds of thousands of dollars in goods and services, and providing support services to families and individuals, many of whom are lower-income employees in area businesses. Non-profits are smart and skilled businesses essential to our economy, our community and our quality of life.
A fuller presentation and discussion will be sponsored by the Chamber's Community Partnership Council later in the year.
LOCATION:
2600 Pearl St., Boulder CO 80302. That's the SE corner of 26th and Pearl, and the door is right on the corner by the crosswalk.
Parking is on the streets around and at that time they should be safe parking in the lots to the east of the Google building - Please do not attempt to park in either of the Google garages.
