Come don your aprons and let our endearing Chef Genny Claire (get it? Genn-y-claire?) and Chef Sarah help you to create your own rich, indulgent and perfectly puffy eclairs, decadent profiteroles, cream puffs & napoleons! Techniques include making and baking pate a choux dough, mixing luscious and easy custard fillings and creating delicious glazes. We will demo the technique of making puff pastry and teach you the skills to create your own at home.

As with many of our baking classes, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic, high quality ingredients. Learn solid techniques that will ensure your dessert success time and time again.
