2020 Riesling
The wine maker did an extended cold maceration on the grapes (3 days) and fermented cool to build fruit intensity. Aged in stainless steel 30 months. Finished dry.

Fermented 3 weeks on skins, barrel aged in French oak for 30 months. Strong pepper notes, yet fruit forward.
2019 Petit Verdot
Big, rich and bold. Fermented 5 weeks on skins, barrel aged 36 months in French oak. Silky smooth tannins, rich black fruits.
