ZACHARIAS ASSYRTIKO 2022

100% Assyrtiko from high altitude organically farmed vineyards in Nemea in the Peloponnese. A bone dry wine with citrus aromas followed by mild saline and mineral flavors. Plump and delicious, fruity, clean and unadorned. A perfect pairing with roast poultry, seafood or garlic mashed potatoes.

CHÂTEAU LE RAZ 2020 BERGERAC ROUGE 

This wine comes from a 70 hectare vineyard on the slopes of the right bank of the Dordogne River in Bordeaux. 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc matured one year in 10% French oak and 90% stainless steel. Try this rich and supple red with red meat, game, grilled meats, mushrooms and cheese.

Wild foraged botanicals from high in the alps including Genepy as well as wild alpine peppermint, thyme, eucalyptus, chamomile, wormwood, fennel, lavender, nutmeg, cinnamon and juniper. This bright green liqueur is perfect in a last word, a green point or a bijou cocktail.
