BOSCHIS FRANCESCO DOGLIANI 2021

100% Dolcetto from a 3.5 hectare vineyard in the wine zone of Dogliani. The Dogliani DOCG is the top title for the dolcetto grape in Piedmont. This is a terrific red that shows red fruits such as strawberries and cherries on the nose. On the palate this wine is dry and austere. This full bodied red pairs well with anything from pizza, pasta, vegetables and white meats such as chicken.

GIACOMO GRIMALDI LANGHE SAUVIGNON 2022

50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sauvignon Gris from the Langhe DOC in Piedmont. This is a unique blend for the Langhe DOC from a fantastic producer in Giacomo Grimaldi. 60% of this wine is aged in stainless steel and the other 40% is aged in casked, giving this wine a nice balance of freshness and body. A new edition to Petty Johns and a must try!
