COLETTE is our homage to the saisons that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, COLETTE is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats — a beer as refreshing as it is complex.
2021 marks the 26th anniversary of HIBERNATION ALE, our celebrated winter tradition since 1995. A classic English-style old ale, we forgo the holiday spices in favor of a robust, dry-hopped ale featuring a malty richness balanced with a complex hop profile. Hearty and warming in character, when winter approaches, it’s time for Hibernation.
HAZY IPA is a juicy and balanced mix of citrus hops that bring out the aromatic characteristics of papaya and mango and finishes with a hint of ripe strawberries. At almost 6 pounds of hops per barrel, Hazy IPA is a hop bomb that delivers the bitterness without the bite.
YETI IMPERIAL STOUT is an onslaught of the senses. It starts with big, roasty malt flavor that gives way to rich caramel and toffee notes. YETI gets its bold hop character from an enormous quantity of American hops. It weighs in at a hefty 75 IBUs.
