About the panelists:

Dana Faulk Query is the marketing director for Big Red F Restaurant Group and has been a leader in the Colorado hospitality industry for over 15 years. Dana was born into the restaurant industry and studied business and marketing at University of Colorado at Boulder where she graduated with a magna cum laude distinction. After spending her child and young adulthood in the restaurant business, Dana held the position of marketing manager at Environmental Communications Associates and then the title of Marketing Director at eTown, a non-profit, nationally broadcast radio and live performance business. Following her roles in marketing, Dana rejoined her peers in the hospitality industry, working with Sage Restaurant Group as general manager of food & beverage for The Curtis Hotel and then for The Westin Westminster, opening a multi-million dollar restaurant with the group, Kachina Southwestern Grill. After leaving SRG, Dana started her own restaurant and marketing consulting company, Mable & Chung, seeing great demand and great success. Eventually Dana decided to join her Big Red F family and her husband, Dave Query, as the marketing director for the company, which is where she resides currently. Dana is on the board of EatDenver, Boulder Chamber, and Union Station Farmers Market and is an active member in all the communities in which a Big Red F restaurant lives.
