We have partnered with Iva Paleckova from Blooming Beets restaurant to bring you a healthy holiday dinner. You can indulge yourself during the holidays without feeling guilty.
Iva is a supporter of the paleo diet. Blooming Beets uses coconut, avocado and olive oil in their cooking. Their kitchen is 100% grain-free, 99% of the menu is dairy-free, and they use only 100% grass-fed beef and wild-caught fish. Also, almost all the wines available at the restaurant, by the glass and bottle, are from BookCliff Vineyards!
