HR 101: What’s All this Talk about Eliminating Performance Review?
BAHRA is providing a light lunch for today's session!
For the past several years, the benefit of performance reviews has been called into question in business and HR news. Faced with conflicting messages about the importance of providing feedback to employees and the possible disadvantages of performance reviews, leaders of any size company are wondering how to develop the best path.
The Boulder Human Resource Association has a commitment to supporting the Boulder business community. We are bringing together business and HR leaders from the community to learn more about this issue. The first part of the program will include a few brief presentations to summarize the issues. This will be followed by time for audience Q&A.
