Join LOCAL Theater Company‘s directors and actors for a literary salon in the tradition of Alice B. Toklas and Gertrude Stein. In this compelling and entertaining 90-minute salon, we’ll discuss the import of language choices in life and on the stage, and see a scene from Meridith Friedman’s new play about marriage, white privilege and politics in America, "The Firestorm." (Being presented by Local at The Dairy Arts Center in October 2016, in association with the National New Play Network.)
