This summer we will be coordinating different outdoor activities and pairing them with simple acts of kindness. Doing something kind for someone else is one of the easiest ways to improve mental health, both for you and the person you give to. When people feel isolated and disconnected, even one simple act of kindness from someone else can be a boost to their mental health. Activities will include: hiking, biking, climbing, dancing, hula hooping and yoga, plus letter writing and other acts of kindness for others. Below are our first few events, which include activities, dates and location. All events are free and open to everyone.
