Event Description:

Some are calling it “The Great Resignation”, some are calling it “The Great Reconsideration.” The dynamic of the global and local workforce is changing, heightened by effects of COVID-19 on businesses. Every industry is looking for talent at all levels, and the workforce development solutions of the past may not be the solutions of the present or future. This session will look at the future of work, job quality studies, incumbent worker training, upskilling / reskilling, work-based learning, pathway development, skills-based hiring, retention, and experiential learning.
