Event Description:

Organizations around the globe are reimagining their workplace. Further, in markets where in-person delivery of products and services is a requirement, significant changes in the way in which the customer/client interface is managed are occurring. Lastly, the phrase “collaboration” is taking on new meaning. This session will delve into the challenges centered around remote and hybrid work models, the changing physical work environment, decisions leaders are making and reactions from the workforce
