Sometimes we taste a certain wine varietal, sometimes we taste a region, but this week we'll have something for everyone! Dabble in a little bit of this and a little of that- who knows, you might like a wine you've never heard of or enjoy a varietal that you thought you'd never dare to enjoy. Put on your adventurous (perhaps vegan) coat and join us at Pettyjohn's tonight from 5-7 and find something new for your wine rack!

Aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. A lively mousse, but fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavors enlivened by bright acidity. Brisk, yet delicate on the palate, bursting with flavors of freshly crushed berries and hints of oyster shell.
Yellow with silver iridescence. Nose of white flower and lemon. A refreshing and acidulous mouthfeel with notes of citrus and white pepper with a salty, iodine finish. While The Costières de Nimes produce 5% to 7% of the appellation in white, Chateau Beaubois produces 20%. Close to the beach... brings great freshness and lots of iodine to the wines.
Enjoy with: Aperitif, fish, shellfish, vegetables and cheese
Exudes vibrant aromas of black cherry, ripe currant, fresh herbs and lightly roasted coffee. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity support core flavors of blackberry, black cherry and chocolate, intertwined with spicy black pepper accents on the finish. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or with herb-roasted pork loin, baked chicken or barbecued steak and sauteed mushrooms
Girasole Cabernet Sauvignon Organic Vegan
Mendocino, CA- Deep ruby in color. A full bodied wine with deep complex aromas of cassis, currant, and black plum. The sweet toasty oak flavors of toffee, caramel and roasted nuts perfectly frame the fruit and spice package. Organically Farmed.
