Rockies Venture Club AgTech Investing Night

AgTech can most logically be defined as the combination of agriculture and technology. However, this simple explanation does a poor job of defining an industry that covers everything from farm equipment, weather, seed optimization, fertilizer and crop inputs, irrigation, remote sensing & drones, farm management, all the way to agricultural big data and predictive analytics. This industry is a fascinating combination between quick moving tech innovation that can solve for a particular problem, and wisdom that has been hard won by generations of farmers.
