If you’re like most companies, you are struggling to find the skilled workforce your company needs. Traditional hiring methods might be preventing you from hiring the talent you need. Traditional methods of screening and selecting talent can eliminate up to 99% of available talent.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to focus your job posting on the skills candidates need to succeed, broaden your talent pools to all qualified applicants, reduce bias in your job postings, and source and recruit the talent you’re struggling to find. By making these easy, straightforward updates to your hiring process, you’ll: hire better candidates, speed up time to hire, increase retention, and increase candidate diversity.
