Calling all food and beer lovers! Join us for Arugula’s annual summer beer dinner, co-hosted with Gravity Brewing as we celebrate the start of summer with some tasty and refreshing brews. This event is sure to please any palette, offering a delicious menu inspired by June’s harvest and the unique flavors, aromas and spice notes of Gravity’s craft beers.
Brewed in Louisville, Gravity has a delicious line up of over 20 beers, 5 of which have been paired with a custom 5-course menu curated by Arugula Chefs Alec Schuler and Sven Hedenas. Guests will eat their way through a one-of-a-kind summer menu showcasing local farm ingredients from some of our favorite farms in Boulder County. Gravity’s owner John Frazee, will be on-site to present each beer pairing and give you an insider’s view to their innovative brewing process and the flavors of each beer selection.
