Event Description:
The Ghost BBQ & Spirits is hosting a wing-eating contest like no other! Contestants will test their limits on heat rather than quantity.
This is a test of endurance and stamina…and poor judgement. All contestants will be placed around a table on the Boulder Theater stage and will have 1 minute to eat each wing. Here’s the kicker: You must wait to really “feel the burn” before moving on to the next wing. The wings will get progressively hotter each round. The last man or woman standing is declared "The Ghost’s 2016 Wing-Eating Champion!"
Think you can take the heat? To register as a contestant, stop by The Ghost BBQ & Spirits to complete a registration form. There is a $20 registration fee. We will take 10 contestants total. Elaborate costumes, wrestling masks and cheerleading squads are welcome and commended. WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS ON SATURDAY, MAY 14TH.
1st place: $50, dinner for 2 and Boulder Passport
2nd place: $25 and dinner for 2
3rd place: dinner for 2
Additional gift cards and prizes will be awarded to participants.
