Event Description:

Join Boulder Community Health and the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation department for our monthly 'Walk with a Doc' events and take steps toward better health! We are truly partnering to create and care for the healthiest community in the nation. 'Walk With a Doc' is a fun, free community program demonstrating how easy it is to get 30 minutes of exercise a day and prevent disease.

It's a great way to get out, get active, learn about a health topic from a physician, and enjoy good conversation. (Plus, enjoy coffee and healthy snacks generously provided by Starbucks and Natural Grocers!) Walk at your own pace and distance.
