Chefs Sarah & Genny will teach you the basics of how to make these three elegantly decadent and chocolaty soft baked custards*. (*hint one really isn’t a custard) And, be assured – they’ll also share some fun, creative ways to plate them up. These classic chocolate dessert custards are sure to make you a sweets hero, indeed!

With a handful of basic, superior quality ingredients, the primary focus of this class is on the methodology of baked and stirred custards. You will learn simple techniques that will ensure your dessert success time and time again.
